Students (including interns) –
Kennedy and Coe, LLC visits many universities and recruits regularly at several campuses through on-campus interviews during the fall semester and other campus activities throughout the school year. (See our campus calendar for a list of universities at which we recruit).
The first thing you should do is register with the Career Services Office at your university. The Career Services Office can assist you with signing up for an interview with Kennedy and Coe. Once your resume is available through the Career Services Office, you will be considered for an on-campus interview. Our campus recruiting takes place during the fall semester. We interview for both entry-level full time accountants and interns at this time, so it's important to register with the Career Services Office and sign up for interviews during the fall semester.
The Career Services Office will notify you if you’ve been selected for an interview. If your campus interview goes well, you’ll be asked to complete an on-line assessment. You may then be invited to come for an office visit. During the office visit, you will have the opportunity to meet and visit with staff members and tour the office.
After your office visit, you’ll be notified within approximately 2 weeks as to whether or not you’ll be offered a position.

Experienced Candidates
A member of Kennedy and Coe’s HR Department may screen experienced candidates over the phone. Or, if you live near one of our office locations, you may be invited for an office interview instead. If we determine you have the right skills and qualifications, you’ll be invited for additional office interviews with some of our staff, a Member, or Manager.
