I’ve been able to work on small and large clients in a wide range of industries. This has given me the opportunity to experience more types of businesses and learn more in the process. I’ve also been very impressed with the interaction with the owners and experienced staff. They’re willing to share their extensive knowledge to help the newer employees excel.

Not having an accounting background, I was skeptical about the kinds of opportunities I would be provided when I came to work for the agriculture industry group of Kennedy and Coe. I quickly realized that Kennedy and Coe is more than “just” an accounting firm. They take a larger picture approach to helping clients, and give their employees many opportunities to develop, both personally and professionally.

My career began when I accepted an internship at Kennedy and Coe in January. While working as an intern, I was able to work with clients and perform work in a variety of accounting areas. When I graduated, the decision to accept a full time position came very easily to me. I was attracted to Kennedy and Coe because of their diversity in services and advancement opportunities.

I began my career with Kennedy and Coe at the beginning of tax season and was immediately able to work with a variety of clients. Within the first month of my career, I was not only working with individual clients but also with the management and owners of a couple different companies.
