Technical education as well as various non-technical education i.e. marketing and communications continues throughout your employment.
We also provide training through participation in various seminars, self-study courses sponsored by state and local societies, the AICPA and other professional organizations.
Our KCoe Academy also provides various training opportunities and assistance to find the training you need to achieve your professional learning goals.
Keeping the balance between work life and home life is also important to your success. To support that balance, Kennedy and Coe offers flexible work arrangements, including flextime, compressed work weeks and alternative work arrangements.
Many of our staff participate in community sporting activities including softball, basketball and volleyball.
