At Kennedy and Coe, LLC, you are important! We believe that our employees are our most important asset, so we've created an environment that facilitates communication and sharing of ideas across the firm. You don't need to go through a "chain of command" to communicate with upper-level staff or one of the owners of the firm. At Kennedy and Coe, LLC, you won't be just a number. Your opinion matters, and your ideas will be given the attention they deserve.
There will be some travel necessary throughout your career, depending on the industry group in which you are working, and for career development and training opportunities. The travel involved may be to the client's place of business or to one of our other offices. Travel, on an annual basis, ranges between 20% to 40%.

Dress is business casual whenever possible, and we encourage a balance between work life and home life. Outside of the office, many of our staff participate in community sporting activities including softball, basketball and volleyball. Kennedy and Coe also feels it is important for staff to be involved and feel a part of the communities in which we work and live. Therefore, the firm encourages volunteerism of our staff to become involved in various community organizations and activities, such as Habitat for Humanity, the Red Cross, the United Way, March of Dimes, Relay for Life, as well as many others. Our staff not only donate their time to serve as volunteers and/or board members of local not-for-profit agencies, but they also financially show their support. Being a good corporate citizen is important and the firm financially supports many organizations and causes as well.
