There will be some travel necessary throughout your career, depending on the industry group in which you are working, and for career development and training opportunities. The travel involved may be to a client's place of business or to one of our other offices. Travel, on an annual basis, ranges between 20% to 40%.

Outside of the office many of our staff participate in community sporting activities including softball, basketball and volleyball. Kennedy and Coe also feels it's important for staff to be involved and feel a part of the communities in which they work and live. Therefore, the firm encourages volunteerism of our staff to become involved in various community organizations and activities, such as Habitat for Humanity, the Red Cross, the United Way, March of Dimes, Relay for Life, as well as many others. Our staff not only donate their time to serve as volunteers and/or board members of local not-for-profit agencies, but they also financially show their support. Being a good corporate citizen is important.
