Joan Porsch of Kennedy and Coe

Joan Porsch is an outdoors-woman whose perfect day includes hunting ducks and geese with her dogs poised for action. This certified public accountant and member of Kennedy and Coe not only specializes in agriculture taxation, tax planning, ownership and operating structures and transitions but also hunting waterfowl and upland game birds and deep-sea fishing.

Joan joined the firm in July 1985 and became a member 10 years later. She says she enjoys working at Kennedy and Coe because of the freedom to create both excitement and challenge in her workday. Joan wants to be instrumental in a client's breakthrough experience as she consults with farm and ranch operators, landowners, investors and other businesses and individuals.

The various seasons of the year determine Joan's ideal vacation spot. During late summer and early fall, she would prefer to hunt geese in Canada, while later in the winter she chooses big game fishing in Mexico or Central America. She does take some time in front of the television to cheer on her Denver Broncos.
