Campus Ambassadors

K·Coe Isom Campus Ambassadors are professionals who have been selected for their ability to actively engage with students, faculty, and staff at selected colleges and universities. They’re professionals in their field who know the value of hard work and having fun. When given the opportunity to share their personal stories and practical examples of what it means to be a part of a success-friendly workplace, their energy and excitement for what they do to is downright contagious.

Ambassadors can often be found at recruiting functions including socials, club meetings, banquets, class presentations, career fairs, fundraisers, and on-campus interviews. Their goal is simple. Representing the firm and serving the students of the school. Understanding what makes each campus, academic program, and student unique. Acting as a liaison between the school and the firm. Connecting individuals with shared interests to join forces on exciting client or industry initiatives.

Our ambassadors are people like you. People who love what they do and love talking about it. Their dedication to helping K·Coe Isom find top talent continues to solidify our status as a best place to work.

“Being a recruiting ambassador is very rewarding. It allows me to stay in touch with students throughout their college experience, and then see them develop into a successful professional and colleague.”
Jed P.

“It wasn’t very long ago that I was a student, so it’s easy to put myself in their shoes. I help them through the recruiting process by answering questions, sharing my experiences, and giving them tips on networking so they attend the right events to get in front of us.”
Erika S.

“As a recruiting ambassador, I try to connect what we do as professional accountants to the experience students are having on campus. Since I attended the same school, I can talk to them about their classes and professors, learn about their interests, and get an idea of their career goals.”
Brad K.
