Jeff Baer works primarily with beer distributors, helping them to create financial competitive advantages and make strategic business decisions.  As the team lead, his passion and drive for the beer distribution industry’s success is demonstrated by his ability to navigate challenges, boost profitability, leverage resources, and deliver successful outcomes.

As a CPA, Jeff is specialized in advisory on financial benchmarking, planning, and reporting — from budgeting, tax, estate and wealth strategy, to regulation, sustainability, M&A, and legacy management.  His deep understanding of your industry and its challenges, coupled with his valuable expertise and robust resources, deliver value and success for beer distributors nationally.

Jeff has also worked with businesses in the construction, rental real estate and agriculture industries. Many of his clients choose him as their advisor because he doesn’t seem like your “typical” CPA – Jeff is a genuine people-person with business savvy and an evident sense of humor.

A self-described entrepreneur masquerading as a CPA, Jeff knew he wanted to have his own business from the age of five. He opened his own firm and grew it wisely for many years, finally guiding it into the K·Coe Isom family in July 2017.  He thrives on working with entrepreneurs every day, helping them run their businesses and realize their dreams.
