Scott manages the firm’s Strategic Advisory practice, assisting clients with buy-side and sell-side transactions, mergers, debt restructurings, and various financial analyses.

With over 10 years of experience serving clients across all industries, Scott is specialized at assessing the inner workings of each unique business model to assist owners and executives in the strategic decision-making process.  Scott Brin prides himself on understanding and communicating the key business drivers and focuses on data-driven decision making.

Scott’s previous experience working within two publicly traded companies was the foundation which honed his ability to focus on new ventures, financial analysis and process improvement strategies to reduce costs and increase profitability.
