Quint is a leader in water management and land services. He is heavily focused on project management, investor relations, economics, engineering, technology, sustainability/ conservation opportunities, NRCS programs, and sub-contractor relations that support the agricultural land and water projects he oversees.

Quint has specialized experience in the design and implementation of surface water remediation, sub-surface drainage systems, earthmoving, RTK based topographic mapping, computer-aided drainage design, holistic watershed development, and a wide range of agricultural capital improvements.

He has consulted, prepared, and interpreted professionally engineered plans, as well as personally designing over 100,000 acres of agricultural drainage systems. Quint has also been intrinsically involved with over 1 million acres of land improvements across the continental United States and multiple countries. These improvements range from ditch cleanings and waterway construction to holistic watershed projects and agricultural mitigation within construction right-of-way which amass thousands of contiguous acres of interconnected drainage improvements.

Raised on his family’s sixth-generation farm in Illinois, Quint has acted as operator and partner in raising corn, soybeans, wheat, and alfalfa. He also played an integral role in transitioning a portion of the farm to organic production which produces organic corn, soybeans, sunflowers, canola, and wheat.
