August 30, 2021 – KCoe Isom and Pinion Advisory are excited to announce that data farm management partner, Agworld, has been acquired by the leading precision farming platform for crop growers, Semios.

The recent acquisition marks the formation of one of the largest independent AgTech solutions providers in the world, servicing growers, agronomists, and ag retailers in the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and South Africa.  The result is that growers and the ag industry will centralize crop management data into one, easy-to-use, end-to-end solution accessible through one dashboard and a single login – but will maintain the high standards of protecting all data (clients still own their data and data still is not commercialized to third parties).

Together, KCoe and Agworld have been working to help producers improve their farming operations by connecting their important stakeholders – their financial advisors and agronomists – with real-time, standardized data that delivers critical business insights.

“The tracking and sharing of field and reportable data have already been an industry-wide game changers,” says Alan Grafton, KCoe Isom’s AgKnowledge financial management leader.  “Our work with Agworld has helped inform future farming and operational decision-making.  Now, with the combined power of Semios’ and Agworld’s crop data solutions, we expect our growers’ experiences to soar with the robust ability to leverage this technology, manage risk, and optimize yields like never before.”

Existing Agworld business will continue in its current format and the point of contact within Agworld will not change.  Contact a KCoe advisor to learn more about the expanded service offerings that are available as a result of this Semios and Agworld integration, and how it complements KCoe’s Pinion IO data platform.
